Role Context
This position is responsible for maintaining delivery discipline across strategic projects by connecting Product, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Operations teams. The selected professional will help ensure launches are completed on time, risks are controlled, and leadership receives clear visibility into delivery performance and business readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Own structured project delivery planning and coordination across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Operations teams
* Maintain prioritized project backlogs aligned with agreed business objectives and delivery timelines
* Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams
* Support delivery governance by maintaining project plans, issue logs, decision records, and status reporting
* Coordinate go-to-market activities and launch readiness across all stakeholders involved in delivery
* Ensure clear documentation, action tracking, and execution follow-through from governance meetings
* Provide concise, transparent, and timely delivery updates to senior leadership and business stakeholders
* Support post-launch reviews and drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes
* Assist in preparing business cases, proposals, and project documentation using advanced reporting tools
* Strengthen collaboration across teams to ensure smooth execution and operational readiness
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management roles
* Proven experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Technology, and Operations
* Strong capability in project planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking
* Experience supporting governance frameworks, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication
* Hands-on exposure to go-to-market planning and launch coordination activities
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong documentation and reporting abilities
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Emirati talent preferred for this position
