Working under the Senior Manager responsible for operational excellence, this position converts improvement priorities into structured workstreams with measurable outcomes. The
Project Manager will gather evidence, facilitate process discussions and maintain control over milestones, actions and handovers. Accurate analysis and consistent follow-through will help teams replace fragmented working practices with practical, standardized processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute operational diagnostic reviews across stores, distribution centers and e-commerce functions.
* Gather process, performance and transactional data from relevant operational sources.
* Define operational problems using evidence, statistical analysis and stakeholder input.
* Conduct root-cause investigations to identify the factors behind recurring performance gaps.
* Quantify improvement opportunities and support recommendations with clear business evidence.
* Build analytical models that compare current performance with expected outcomes.
* Develop dashboards and exception reports for operational monitoring.
* Extract and organize information from ERP, warehouse management and business intelligence systems.
* Use Excel and SQL to prepare datasets for analysis and performance tracking.
* Facilitate process-mapping workshops with frontline employees and functional specialists.
* Document current-state workflows, pain points, controls and ownership gaps.
* Design future-state process maps with clearly assigned activities and decision points.
* Translate workshop outcomes into structured actions and implementation requirements.
* Create and maintain project plans for assigned improvement initiatives.
* Track stage-gate milestones, delivery dates, action logs and dependencies.
* Coordinate multiple active workstreams while maintaining reliable documentation.
* Escalate risks, delays and unresolved blockers to the Senior Manager.
* Support the drafting and validation of standard operating procedures.
* Prepare handover packs that allow functional teams to adopt new operating practices.
* Confirm readiness for implementation before projects move through approval gates.
* Monitor progress after recommendations enter operational use.
* Track benefits realization and compare delivered outcomes with original expectations.
* Identify performance deviations and coordinate corrective follow-up.
* Prepare project updates, milestone dashboards and management reports.
* Present analytical findings and project status in a clear, decision-ready format.
* Maintain detailed project records for governance, review and future reference.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a bachelor\'s degree in business, industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain or a related field. PMP certification or a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt will be an advantage.
The role requires three to six years of experience in project management, process improvement, retail operations or supply chain. Exposure to retail or e-commerce environments is preferred. Applicants should be able to interpret operational data, facilitate working sessions and manage concurrent projects with limited supervision. Full professional proficiency in English is required.
