Job Overview
The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures including CT and MRI, ensuring accurate acquisition and patient safety. This position supports clinical teams in diagnosis and treatment by delivering high-resolution imaging aligned with evidence-based protocols.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform CT and MRI scans as per physician instructions and clinical guidelines
* Assess patient condition, explain procedures, and prepare for imaging
* Operate imaging equipment safely and accurately
* Monitor patient well-being and respond to any emergency situations
* Use PACS and HIS systems for image management and reporting
* Ensure safeguarding and informed consent protocols are followed
* Interpret preliminary results and escalate abnormal findings to physicians
* Maintain clean, safe, and patient-friendly imaging environment
* Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols
* Assist in patient positioning and emergency resuscitation if needed
* Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient interactions

Reporting & MIS

* Record scan results and patient data accurately in HIS and PACS
* Support audit, compliance, and imaging QA processes

Governance & Standards

* Maintain full compliance with DHA, safety, and quality standards
* Attend regular training and certifications including BLS and resuscitation protocols

Job Requirements

* Graduate degree in Radiography or Medical Imaging
* Current DHA license as Radiographer/Technologist
* Training and hands-on experience with CT and MRI equipment
* Familiarity with PACS, HIS, and modern diagnostic systems
* Basic Life Support certification
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills
* Willingness to work rotational shifts including holidays
