What You’ll Do
* Own the strategic planning, positioning, and performance management of assigned international brands within the Saudi market
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across retail operations, merchandising, visual identity, and customer experience
* Collaborate with global principals to execute brand-specific marketing campaigns and retail activations
* Lead sales forecasting, revenue tracking, and P&L accountability across store networks in Riyadh and other key Saudi cities
* Analyze consumer behavior and competition trends to refine product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics
* Identify expansion opportunities in new retail locations and e-commerce channels across KSA
* Drive retail excellence through training, SOP adherence, and performance KPIs in line with brand expectations
* Support CRM and loyalty efforts such as Club Apparel to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
* Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent experience across all touchpoints in store and online
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, or category leadership, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle sectors
* Proven track record of launching and scaling international brands in the GCC, with a strong focus on KSA operations
* Strong commercial acumen, project management skills, and leadership capability
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external brand partners
* Familiarity with the Saudi consumer market, retail trends, and regulatory environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management; MBA is a plus
