Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

Job Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a dynamic Regional Visual Merchandising Manager responsible for executing and maintaining high-impact visual displays across stores to ensure brand consistency and an engaging customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Regional Coordination & Training:
- Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple countries/regions, conducting regular market visits to coach, train, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) standards.
- Lead training sessions to enhance VM execution and elevate brand presentation.

Retail & Product Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the alignment between retail operations and product visual merchandising, ensuring brand consistency across all stores.
- Collaborate with retail and product teams to optimize product displays for maximum visual impact.

Image & Display Management:
- Manage the selection, production, and installation of visual merchandising imagery, ensuring high standards of execution.
- Ensure cohesive and attractive store visuals, maintaining brand identity and aesthetics.

Store Communication & Fixture Management:
- Act as the primary liaison with Store Managers and Operations Managers, overseeing store-specific fixture requests, damage reports, and delivery logistics—particularly for New Store Openings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective fixture deliveries.

Seasonal & Promotional Execution:
- Develop and distribute new season VM packets, including fixture order forms, props, standards manuals, and regional VM guidelines.
- Drive the execution of seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, and new product launches.

Visual Merchandising Communication & Rollouts:
- Lead and execute all VM-related communication, ensuring seamless coordination for new product launches, holiday campaigns, store rollouts, and new store openings through both digital and physical transmittals.
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for integrated campaign rollouts.

Supplier & Budget Management:
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, overseeing scheduling, budgets, and invoice processing to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
- Manage budget allocations for VM projects, ensuring financial efficiency.

Data & Information Management:
- Maintain accurate distribution lists and VM attributes, ensuring all rollout-related information is well-documented and accessible.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of VM strategies.

Store-Level Implementation & Compliance:
- Collaborate closely with Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to ensure smooth VM rollouts, minimizing operational disruptions while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit VM standards and provide feedback for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Visual Merchandising or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a retail environment within a premium fashion store display capacity.
- Previous experience in a retail store environment is mandatory, with a proven track record of successful VM execution.

Skills:
- Creative presentation skills with the ability to translate concepts and information into impactful visuals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially PowerPoint for presentation development.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across regions.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Pro-active and flexible, able to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
