Role Summary
The Regulatory Affairs Executive – Apparel Group Dubai will manage product registration, license renewals, and compliance with UAE and GCC regulatory frameworks. This role ensures accurate documentation, adherence to labeling requirements, and timely communication with authorities, certification bodies, and internal teams for successful product launches and exports.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare and track regulatory documentation for product registrations, renewals, and approvals with Dubai Municipality, MOIAT, SFDA, SASO Saber, and other authorities
* Maintain accurate dossiers, compliance records, and renewal schedules for all brands
* Monitor regulatory changes in UAE and GCC frameworks (ESMA, SFDA, DM, CBUAE, etc.) and update internal teams accordingly
* Support compliance audits, spot checks, and shipment certificate requests for exports
* Generate compliance reports and dashboards to track submissions and escalations
* Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, legal, and quality teams to ensure compliance in labeling, packaging, and distribution
* Ensure Arabic labeling compliance before shipment and coordinate with testing labs and suppliers for certificates and declarations
* Assist during inspections by compiling required documentation and coordinating responses
* Support updates to regulatory SOPs and escalate potential non-compliance risks
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
* 1–3 years of regulatory affairs or compliance experience, ideally in cosmetics or retail
* Knowledge of UAE and GCC regulatory requirements for labeling, product safety, and approvals
* Strong record-keeping, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with compliance or project tracking tools
* Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external regulators
