Role Context
These vacancies support the daily operation of GMG stores, production

Baker
The Baker will prepare fresh Arabic, French, Portuguese, and other bread varieties according to approved recipes and production schedules.
* Weigh, measure, mix, shape, and bake ingredients accurately.
* Operate ovens, mixers, proofing equipment, and other bakery tools safely.
* Monitor baking temperatures, product texture, appearance, and consistency.
* Label finished products correctly and prepare them for store distribution.
* Coordinate with the warehouse to maintain ingredient availability.
* Follow food hygiene, sanitation, and occupational safety requirements.
Butcher
The Butcher will cut, trim, portion, prepare, and display meat products according to customer requests and operational standards.
* Prepare different meat cuts while maintaining portion accuracy.
* Inspect meat for quality, freshness, appearance, and correct labeling.
* Arrange products attractively and rotate stock to protect freshness.
* Provide customers with product information and preparation suggestions.
* Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

Fishmonger
The Fishmonger will clean, fillet, cut, portion, and present seafood products while maintaining freshness and strict hygiene standards.
