Retail Sales Associate - Fashion and Footwear Riyadh
Role Summary
We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our fashion and footwear outlets in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with strong retail customer service skills and a passion for fashion brands. As a key team member, you will represent leading global labels, ensure a premium in-store experience, and support day-to-day sales operations in one of Riyadh’s busiest retail destinations.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome customers with enthusiasm and assist them in selecting the right fashion or footwear products
* Convert casual shoppers into loyal customers through personalized service and strong product knowledge
* Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales
* Handle in-store point-of-sale (POS) operations, including billing, refunds, and returns
* Ensure proper stock display, visual merchandising, and maintenance of store cleanliness
* Comply with brand and company guidelines on sales, presentation, and grooming
* Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, especially during sales periods
* Adhere to all SOPs and loss prevention policies while keeping sales data confidential
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience in retail fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is preferred
* Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be well-groomed, presentable, and up to date on current fashion trends
* Ability to work varied shifts and meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail is a plus
