Core Duties
Engage customers to understand their needs and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations.
Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely stock replenishment.
Follow security procedures to minimize stock loss.
Assist customers in locating merchandise across other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion stores when not available in-store.
Candidate Requirements
High School Certificate.
1–2 years of industry experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proven ability to deliver excellent service in a retail environment.
