We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate for our store in Fujairah, UAE. As a frontline brand representative for Apparel Group, you will drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring visual standards are maintained, and actively promoting our loyalty programs. This position requires energy, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and customer interaction.

What You’ll Do
* Welcome and assist customers, helping them choose products aligned with their style and needs
* Convert foot traffic into buyers through excellent product knowledge and engaging communication
* Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat business
* Follow the GUEST selling model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, and Thank every customer
* Maintain grooming standards and represent the brand image professionally
* Display merchandise attractively according to VM guidelines and standard layouts
* Manage stock movement efficiently and update inventory records accurately
* Operate POS and handle all payment methods including cash, cards, and vouchers
* Conduct accurate cash till reconciliation during opening and closing
* Comply with loss prevention procedures and security vigilance at all times
* Support during seasonal promotions and sales by working extended or flexible shifts
* Maintain complete confidentiality of sales data and operational details
Ideal Profile
* 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably fashion or lifestyle sectors
* Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Presentable, punctual, and enthusiastic about fashion trends and brand positioning
* Comfortable working varied shifts and handling physical tasks like restocking
* Knowledge of POS systems and store operations preferred
* Must be team-oriented with a high level of personal responsibility
