Key Responsibilities

Sales Assistant

* Greet and approach customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products
* Demonstrate product features and benefits to maximize sales
* Keep shelves stocked and shop layout organized to enhance the customer journey
* Support other departments during high-traffic times
* Apply complementary and substitute selling techniques

Senior Sales Assistant

* Maintain visual merchandising standards and full product displays

* Drive consistent sales performance and contribute to mystery shopper KPIs

Till Assistant

* Manage all point-of-sale operations, including scanning, packing, and processing transactions

* Provide basic product and store information to customers
* Execute end-of-shift procedures and follow cash handling protocols
* Promote add-on sales at the POS

Job Requirements

Education
