You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that include product knowledge, retail sales, communication, customer service and sales, providing excellent service to their customers and ensuring positive shopping experience.
Job Description:
- Greet customers warmly and professionally.
- Actively engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Assist customers with fitting and sizing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and upsell.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Assist with stock replenishment and organization.
- Ensure products are properly tagged and displayed.

- Sales experience and passion for selling
