Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to support daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand merchandising standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth store operations. This position requires strong leadership, product knowledge, and an ability to work efficiently in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers professionally and responding promptly to inquiries.
* Support the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring store security.
* Supervise and train new staff in Point-of-Sale (POS) procedures and handle customer issues at checkout.
* Assist in receiving, displaying, and replenishing merchandise according to brand standards.
* Ensure compliance with pricing, tagging, and promotional guidelines to prevent discrepancies.
* Support in store events such as stock counts, new store openings, and seasonal sales campaigns.
* Train and guide Sales Assistants to maintain high visual and operational standards in line with brand identity.
* Act as Duty Manager when required to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving department and store revenue goals.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles within fashion, lifestyle, or branded stores.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
* Sound understanding of store operations, merchandising, and sales techniques.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
* Team-oriented with leadership qualities and the ability to motivate others.
