**Retail Supervisor - Fashion and Lifestyle Division - Al-Futtaim Dubai**
**Role Summary**
Al-Futtaim Retail is hiring a dedicated Retail Supervisor to support daily operations across its fashion and lifestyle stores in Dubai. This role focuses on customer experience, team supervision, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in retail sales and team leadership, ideally within the fashion industry.

**What You’ll Do**
* Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product knowledge
* Support the Department Manager with floor supervision, staff guidance, and store execution
* Act as Duty Manager as required and assist with opening, closing, and POS troubleshooting
* Coordinate stock receiving and ensure shelves are merchandised correctly
* Ensure pricing, ticketing, and branding standards are consistently maintained
* Participate in store audits, stock counts, and promotional events
* Train new Sales Assistants on POS systems and customer service protocols
* Maintain compliance with Al-Futtaim brand presentation standards across all departments
**Ideal Profile**
* Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity
* Strong understanding of customer service, sales, and operational workflows
* Knowledge of retail systems, inventory processes, and POS troubleshooting
* Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
* Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or fashion training is a plus
