Al-Futtaim Retail is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic fashion retail team in Dubai. In this role, you will contribute to sales growth, ensure a clean and welcoming store environment, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll be part of a team representing global fashion brands while supporting operational efficiency and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with a warm and professional attitude upon entry
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout
* Provide helpful, up-to-date product information to assist customers
* Offer support in fitting rooms and suggest additional items to increase sales
* Handle transactions efficiently at the cash
wrap and promote gift cards
* Capture customer details for database and future engagement
* Support stock replenishment and assist with inventory management
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform occasional lifting
* Knowledge of customer service techniques and retail operations
* Familiarity with fashion trends, branding, and customer preferences
