Key Responsibilities

* Assist with receiving, checking, displaying, and replenishing goods according to approved procedures.
* Ensure products are available for customer purchase and displayed in the correct locations.
* Follow ticketing and pricing procedures to avoid customer confusion and support smooth checkout handling.
* Participate in stock takes, product launches, seasonal sales, new store openings, and other store events.
* Keep learning about product categories, customer needs, promotions, and retail best practices.
* Work with the store team to maintain service quality, operational discipline, and daily sales momentum.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has completed secondary school education and has at least 2 years of experience in a retail environment. Experience in home retail, furniture, home accessories, lifestyle products, department stores, or customer-focused store operations will be useful for this role.
The candidate should understand retail operations, customer service standards, POS systems, cash handling, merchandising, stock display, and basic store procedures.
