Key Responsibilities

* Offer product information and recommendations to support purchase decisions
* Deliver high-quality service in fitting areas and follow up to enhance sales opportunities
* Handle billing and checkout efficiently while maintaining cash wrap standards
* Promote gift cards and capture customer details in the system when required
* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
* Support stock replenishment and ensure product availability on shelves

* Assist in executing visual displays using basic design and presentation tools
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification
* 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer-focused attitude with a positive and energetic approach
* Ability to stand for long hours and perform light to moderate lifting
* Basic knowledge of visual merchandising standards
* Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop is an advantage
