Customer Experience

* Provide customers with current and relevant product information.
* Assist customers in fitting rooms and follow up with them promptly.
* Identify appropriate opportunities for add-on sales.
* Provide efficient service at the cash wrap.
* Offer gift cards where appropriate.
* Capture customer information in the designated database.
* Keep the cash wrap clean and organised throughout store operations.
Store Operations and Presentation
* Maintain store cleanliness and organisation according to established standards.
* Support housekeeping activities throughout assigned store areas.
* Help maintain visual presentation standards.
* Complete operational duties assigned by the store management team.
* Support an orderly and customer-ready sales environment.
* Use relevant visual planning tools when required by the role.
