* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation throughout the day.
* Replenish products, organize display areas, and support merchandising standards as required.
* Follow company dress code, customer service standards, and store operating procedures.
* Thank customers sincerely when they leave the store and encourage them to return.
* Support the team during peak trading periods, promotions, stock movement, and general store activities.
* Handle routine customer queries professionally and escalate concerns when needed.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate has a high school qualification and 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, department store, home retail, beauty, accessories, or customer-facing store environments.
