* Support weekly sales targets by actively engaging customers, identifying their needs, and encouraging suitable product choices.
* Arrange products, replenish displays, and maintain sales floor standards according to store layout and presentation requirements.
* Participate in market hall inventories and support accurate stock control when required.
* Keep the store area clean, organized, and ready for customers throughout trading hours.
* Follow IKEA policies, Al-Futtaim procedures, dress code requirements, and daily store operating standards.
* Complete tasks assigned by the shopkeeper, team leader, or store management with flexibility and accountability.
* Attend store meetings, briefings, training sessions, and related retail functions as required.

* Maintain energy and professionalism during long shifts, including standing for extended periods and lifting selected products safely.
