Position Overview
Apparel Group Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and represent some of the world’s leading retail brands. This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring high visual merchandising standards, and maintaining smooth store operations while providing a world-class shopping experience to every customer.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers, identify their needs, and guide them in product selection to maximize sales.
* Convert walk-in visitors into repeat buyers by offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
* Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to increase customer retention and brand engagement.
* Deliver excellent service by following the company’s GUEST method (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
* Stay informed about all Apparel Group brands to support cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
* Maintain a neat and professional appearance while ensuring consistent adherence to brand presentation standards.
* Display products effectively according to visual merchandising guidelines.
* Handle all POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including billing, refunds, and cash/card processing.
* Maintain stockroom organization and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
* Ensure compliance with loss prevention and security procedures at all times.
* Support the store team during sales periods, seasonal changes, and promotional events.
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required.
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or business management are a plus.
* 1–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Energetic, customer-oriented, and passionate about sales and fashion.
* Knowledge of POS operations and retail sales procedures.
* Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
