You will engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling, cross-selling, and supporting customers across the Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brand portfolio.

What You’ll Do

* Achieve sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and product knowledge application.
* Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and timely stock replenishment.
* Follow security
policies to minimize stock loss.
* Utilize advanced selling skills to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
* Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if items are unavailable in-store.
Candidate Requirements
* High school certificate.
* 1–2 years of retail industry experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent customer service abilities.
