Sales Associate - Fashion and Lifestyle Retail Operations

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail operations team in Dubai. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through deep product knowledge and upselling strategies, and maintain the highest store standards. What You’ll Do
* Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim’s brand and service standards
* Actively identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations across product categories
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling
* Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring products are fully replenished and presented attractively
* Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues to store management as needed
* Apply product knowledge across MAF Fashion brands to guide customer purchasing decisions, even suggesting alternatives from other stores
* Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and minimizing stock loss
Candidate Requirements
* High school certificate or equivalent
* 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Energetic, proactive, and committed to achieving sales goals
