What You’ll Do
Customer Experience & Styling
* Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, offering fashion guidance based on personal preferences
* Promote brand loyalty by enrolling customers in the 6thStreet.com loyalty program
* Educate customers on product materials, fits, and care instructions
* Stay updated
on current trends, new arrivals, and seasonal collections
Sales & Checkout Operations
* Support daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
* Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, returns, and redemptions
* Ensure accurate cash management and shift-end reconciliations
* Adhere to loss prevention and store security policies
Visual Merchandising & Stock Support
* Maintain store displays in line with brand standards
* Replenish shelves and maintain an organized, visually appealing store layout
* Tag merchandise, participate in markdowns, and track inventory movement
* Assist in receiving shipments and stockroom organization
Teamwork & Growth
* Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
* Attend product and service training sessions to enhance knowledge
* Contribute to a fun, energetic, and respectful team culture aligned with 6thStreet.com’s good vibes environment
Candidate Requirements
* High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred
* 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or lifestyle sales
* Strong communication, sales, and customer interaction skills
* Confident, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
* Well-groomed and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
* Familiarity with POS systems and basic tech comfort
