The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring store presentation meets brand standards. What You’ll Do
* Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Address customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when necessary.
* Meet and exceed sales targets using in-depth product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell.
* Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment at all times.
* Adhere to store security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss.
* Build repeat customer business through advanced selling techniques and relationship management.
* Recommend and locate products across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when unavailable in-store.
Ideal Profile
* High School Certificate.
* 1–2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience; fresh graduates may apply.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
