Sales Associate – Fashion Retail Customer Service Dubai
Role Summary
Apparel Group is seeking a Sales Associate for our fashion retail outlet in Dubai. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, converting walk-ins to buyers, and ensuring smooth point-of-sale operations. You’ll be a key brand ambassador, contributing to the store’s performance while upholding visual and operational standards.

What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist customers in selecting products aligned with their preferences
* Apply the GUEST selling model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
* Promote the Club Apparel loyalty program to boost repeat business
* Stay informed about all group brands to enable suggestive selling
* Ensure merchandise is displayed in line with visual standards and stock norms
* Record inventory movement and maintain stock reports
* Handle POS duties, including billing, issuing receipts, and processing refunds or exchanges
* Monitor and tally cash till at the start and end of shifts
* Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge, and customer service
* Adhere to SOPs and Loss Prevention policies
* Be available for flexible hours during promotions or peak business periods
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
* Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
* Comfortable with handling cash, credit card transactions, and operating POS systems
* Flexible schedule with availability for shifts, weekends, and overtime
* Detail-oriented with a focus on merchandise presentation and stock accuracy
* Strong team player with awareness of in-store security and confidentiality
