We are hiring a Sales Associate for Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle to support retail operations across our fashion and lifestyle brands in Dubai. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving store sales through outstanding customer service, deep product knowledge, and effective in-store support. Key Duties

* Act as a brand ambassador, delivering customer service that meets Majid Al Futtaim’s quality standards
* Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
* Maximize sales opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive customer engagement
* Maintain high store standards, including visual presentation, cleanliness, and stock availability
* Address customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to the store manager when needed
* Support store operations such as inventory checks, cash handling, and compliance with loss prevention procedures
* Promote other Majid Al Futtaim brands when relevant products are unavailable in-store

Candidate Requirements

* High school certificate or equivalent
* 1–2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or customer service
* Strong communication skills with a focus on service excellence
* Ability to handle a busy sales floor with professionalism and energy
