Sales Associate - Fashion Retail Ras Al Khaimah UAE
Role Summary
We are hiring a Sales Associate for our fashion and lifestyle retail store in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. In this customer-facing role, you will represent leading global brands, drive in-store sales, and deliver a superior shopping experience. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about retail, fashion trends, and customer interaction in a fast-paced Ras Al Khaimah retail environment.

What You’ll Do
* Greet shoppers and assist in choosing the right fashion and lifestyle products
* Convert footfall into sales by promoting top brands and latest arrivals
* Enroll customers into Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive retention
* Apply the GUEST model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
* Recommend products using up-to-date knowledge of Apparel Group’s brands
* Ensure personal grooming meets brand and customer service standards
* Work extended hours during sales seasons or festive periods in Ras Al Khaimah
* Arrange merchandise according to company-approved visual merchandising guidelines
* Process inventory movements and manage billing and cash handling via POS
* Monitor store security and comply with SOPs and loss prevention policies
* Support daily operations and be available for rotating shifts or overtime as needed
* Keep sales data, stock movement, and customer interactions confidential
Ideal Profile
* Prior experience in UAE retail or fashion stores is an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to visual product presentation
* Confidence in operating billing systems and handling customer transactions
* Physically fit for store duties, including standing and minor lifting
* Flexible, professional, and eager to grow in a Ras Al Khaimah retail setting
