Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is hiring a Sales Associate in Dubai, UAE for a customer-facing Retail opportunity focused on sales performance, product guidance, and high-quality service. The role requires an understanding of customer needs and the ability to turn product knowledge into relevant recommendations while maintaining Majid Al Futtaim service standards.
Working directly on the shop floor, the Sales Associate will help customers select merchandise, pursue assigned sales targets, support upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to the presentation and day-to-day readiness of the store.

* Provide relevant product information and recommendations based on customer needs.

* Escalate unresolved concerns to the Store Manager when necessary.

Sales Performance
* Work consistently toward assigned sales targets.
* Identify appropriate opportunities to improve sales performance.
* Use strong product knowledge to support informed purchasing decisions.
* Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Support high-value transactions by recommending merchandise that meets customer requirements.
* Contribute to overall store sales through active customer engagement.
Product Availability and Store Support
* Recommend and select suitable merchandise for customers.
* Help customers locate or obtain products from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores when an item is unavailable in the current store.
* Support merchandise replenishment and product availability.
* Assist with daily in-store tasks when required.
* Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and required store standards.
* Coordinate with colleagues to maintain an efficient shopping environment.
Stock Protection and Security
* Comply with store security policies and applicable regulations.
* Follow established procedures designed to minimize stock loss.
* Maintain awareness of merchandise and potential security concerns while serving customers.
* Escalate relevant stock or security issues through appropriate store channels.
Requirements
* High School Certificate.
* 1-2 years of industry experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
* Ability to work toward established sales targets.
* Confidence in using product knowledge to support upselling and cross-selling.
