What You’ll Do
Champion customer service excellence by understanding customer needs and ensuring exceptional experiences.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and strong product knowledge.
Maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
Follow security policies and procedures to minimize stock loss.
Assist customers in finding merchandise across other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if unavailable in-store.
Ideal Profile
High school certificate or equivalent.
1–2 years of industry experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Good communication skills.
Proven track record in customer service.
