What You’ll Do
Champion customer service standards by understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate to the Store Manager when required.
Achieve and exceed sales targets using creative sales techniques while maintaining customer focus.
Apply thorough product knowledge to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and stock replenishment.
Comply with store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Use advanced selling skills to generate high-value transactions and build repeat customer relationships.
Assist customers in finding products or recommend alternatives from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if not available in-store.
Ideal Profile
High School Certificate.
1–2 years of industry experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proven customer service abilities.
