What You’ll Do
Champion customer service excellence by understanding customer needs and ensuring every interaction delivers an outstanding experience.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
Meet and exceed sales targets through innovative selling techniques and a strong customer-first approach.
Leverage product knowledge to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and stock availability at all times.
Follow store security policies to minimize stock loss.
Apply advanced sales skills to drive high-value transactions and build long-term customer relationships.
Assist customers in locating desired items or recommending alternatives from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if unavailable in-store.
Ideal Profile
High School Certificate.
1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
