What You’ll Do
* Greet customers warmly and guide them through their purchase journey
* Promote the company’s loyalty program and explain its benefits clearly
* Recommend products using deep knowledge of multiple Apparel Group brands
* Provide accurate product care and feature information to
customers
* Maintain professional grooming and a welcoming attitude during all shifts
* Stay informed about seasonal trends and current offers to support cross-selling
* Ensure attractive product displays in line with visual merchandising standards
* Keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing
* Operate the POS system efficiently, handling payments and receipts with accuracy
* Perform opening and closing cash till procedures as per company policy
* Monitor inventory and report discrepancies to store management
* Adhere to loss prevention protocols and store security procedures
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s degree preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
* Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable to flexible working hours
* Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is preferred
* Able to work collaboratively in a team and under fast-paced environments
