You’ll be responsible for maximizing sales, supporting visual merchandising, and ensuring a premium in-store experience.

What You’ll Do
* Greet and assist customers with product selections that match their needs and preferences
* Engage actively to convert foot traffic into loyal customers and promote brand loyalty programs
* Deliver excellent service using the GUEST approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
* Offer personalized product recommendations and educate customers on usage, care, and benefits
* Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store in line with visual merchandising guidelines
* Record and track incoming/outgoing inventory and manage stock presentation for clearance items
* Operate POS systems accurately, handle payments, refunds, and issue receipts confidently
* Monitor and follow store security procedures to minimize loss and maintain safety
* Upsell and cross-sell across multiple brands to drive higher sales and customer satisfaction
* Stay informed about current promotions and product availability to provide timely suggestions
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior sales experience in a retail environment is an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement
* Presentable, energetic, and adaptable to extended shifts during seasonal peaks
* Quick learner with attention to product details, inventory, and promotional strategies
* Team-oriented with a proactive sales mindset and commitment to retail excellence
