The Sales Associate will use product knowledge and advanced selling techniques to achieve sales targets, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, encourage repeat business, and assist customers in locating suitable merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores.

Customer Experience
* Deliver customer service
in accordance with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines and store standards.
* Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance throughout the shopping experience.
* Keep customer needs at the center of every interaction.
* Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
* Escalate customer issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
* Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
Sales and Product Guidance
* Work toward assigned sales targets and identify appropriate opportunities to exceed them.
* Maintain thorough product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
* Apply effective selling techniques based on individual customer requirements.
* Identify suitable upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Support high-value transactions by matching products to customer needs.
* Recommend, select, and help customers locate appropriate merchandise.
* Assist customers in finding products at other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands or stores when merchandise is unavailable at the current location.
Store Operations
* Support daily in-store activities as required.
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness across assigned areas.
* Assist with merchandise replenishment to support product availability.
* Help maintain required store presentation and operational standards.
* Coordinate with colleagues to support smooth customer service and sales activities.
Security and Stock Protection
* Follow all store security policies and applicable regulations.
* Maintain awareness of potential stock loss risks.
* Handle merchandise responsibly and follow established store procedures.
* Report relevant security or stock concerns through the appropriate channels.
* Support store practices designed to minimize exposure to stock loss.
Requirements
* High School Certificate.
* 1-2 years of industry experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service capabilities.
* Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate merchandise.
* Ability to work toward individual and store sales targets.
* Willingness to support upselling and cross-selling through strong product knowledge.
