Sales Associate – Retail Sales and Customer Service – Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to promote Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle’s brand presence. This role requires identifying customer needs, applying in-depth product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company guidelines and operational standards.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver customer service excellence in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds expectations.
* Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when necessary while maintaining a customer-first approach.
* Consistently achieve and aim to exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
* Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and product replenishment.
* Comply with store security procedures to minimize stock loss.
* Utilize advanced selling skills to drive high-value transactions and foster repeat business.
* Assist customers in locating products, including across other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion brands if needed.
Ideal Profile
* High School Certificate
* 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills with a sales-driven mindset
