Job Overview
The Sales & Customer Care Executive will be responsible for engaging clients with Etisalat\'s range of telecom services—postpaid, prepaid, and enterprise plans. The role includes managing queries, resolving complaints, maintaining customer records, and improving satisfaction by providing personalized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote Etisalat plans to businesses, government entities, institutions, and Emirati clients
* Explain product features, offers, and pricing structures clearly to prospective customers
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value
* Build and maintain long-term relationships through effective communication
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution
* Follow company communication protocols and service standards
* Document interactions, issues, and solutions in the system accurately
* Proactively recognize trends in customer feedback and alert supervisors
* Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring high service levels
* Demonstrate a full understanding of Etisalat products and services
* Collaborate with team members to meet individual and group service KPIs
Job Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, customer care, or front desk roles
* Graduate preferred
* Certification in customer service is an advantage
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and resolve issues under pressure
* Computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems
* Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
