Role Context
This position is responsible for accelerating B2B revenue growth by building strong client relationships, improving sales strategy, and expanding commercial opportunities across corporate and hospitality channels. The selected professional will lead sales planning, client acquisition, and team development while ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales budgets by closing B2B transactions and securing new business clients
* Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
* Identify new growth opportunities and improve product mix performance across the department
* Build and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients and hospitality partners
* Coach and develop the sales team to improve client engagement techniques and commercial performance
* Improve operational processes and standard operating procedures aligned with B2B best practices
* Develop proactive commercial initiatives that drive sales growth and department performance
* Strengthen the department’s B2B brand portfolio through international exhibitions and trade events
* Prepare weekly reports covering project pipelines, confirmed orders, payment collection, and sales status
* Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning teams to maximize exhibition and event participation
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role within Home Retail or Hospitality
* Strong commercial mindset with proven success in client acquisition and sales target achievement
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
* Strong understanding of B2B retail operations and strategic sales development
