Sales Manager - Credit Card Business

Job Overview
Sharaf DG is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its credit card sales vertical across store locations in Dubai. This role involves full ownership of credit card sales operations, including P&L management, team leadership, compliance oversight, and partnership coordination with banks and manpower agencies.

Job Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of credit card sales executives, ensuring they meet targets and comply with banking regulations. You will also manage relationships with partner banks and third-party providers, oversee MIS reporting, and ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding payables.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage the P&L for credit card sales across SDG retail stores
* Recruit, train, and mentor in-store credit card sales staff
* Ensure adherence to compliance, approval rates, and card mix quality as per bank standards
* Drive sales productivity and explore new opportunities for in-store and partner expansion
* Maintain accurate MIS, reconcile data with partner banks, and share reports with internal stakeholders
* Follow up on outstanding receivables from bank partners
* Coordinate with third-party manpower agencies and ensure workforce alignment
* Provide continuous coaching and conduct performance reviews of sales team

Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of credit card sales experience from a banking background
* Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams
* Bachelor’s degree required
* Strong MS Excel skills for data management and reporting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
