Sales Manager - Digital Services and Retail Media
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support revenue growth across the UAE, Egypt, and KSA. This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to businesses, helping them maximize engagement with our platform’s members. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of digital marketing, and is passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients to pitch digital services packages
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring seamless onboarding and service utilization
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential clients across UAE, Egypt, and KSA
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver tailored client solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools
- Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Head of Sales
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or retail media
- Experience in retail media, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketplaces is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the UAE, Egypt, and KSA markets is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
