* Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding retail media revenue targets

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or related field
* 6–10 years of experience in sales, client management, or digital advertising environments
* Strong background in retail media, ecommerce, or analytics-driven sales
* Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver commercial results
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
