Senior Auditor - Internal Audit
Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Holding is seeking a skilled Senior Auditor to join its Internal Audit department in Dubai. This role is crucial in executing audit assignments aligned with the company’s audit plan, assessing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a background in audit methodologies and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple audit projects across business units.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute audits in accordance with established internal audit plans and budgets
* Identify risks, assess controls, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal processes and systems
* Prepare process documentation, narratives, and flowcharts to support audit analysis
* Draft clear and actionable audit findings and reports in line with professional standards
* Maintain relationships with audit clients and escalate unresolved concerns to internal audit leadership
* Monitor and follow up on the implementation status of agreed audit action plans
* Contribute to the development of risk and control matrices and updates to the audit universe
* Ensure compliance with internal audit methodology, ethical standards, and department protocols
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of professional audit experience, preferably within internal audit or related areas
* Currently pursuing or partially completed a recognized audit certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, ACCA)
* Strong analytical and risk assessment skills with a results-driven mindset
* Experience in operational, supply chain, merchandising, or analytics audits is a plus
* Ability to handle multiple audits simultaneously and deliver within deadlines
* High attention to detail and ability to produce well-supported audit conclusions
