Job Overview
As Senior Emiratisation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Emiratisation agenda by aligning workforce strategies with national employment goals. You will manage recruitment, development programs, and stakeholder engagement to integrate UAE Nationals into core business functions and ensure long-term talent sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement the Emiratisation strategy aligned with organizational goals and UAE national workforce objectives
* Build strong relationships with government bodies, placement agencies, universities, and local career initiatives
* Design and oversee programs such as Emirati Graduate Programs, internship schemes, and career development pathways
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify placement opportunities and support retention of national hires
* Ensure compliance with Tawteen and related government regulations
* Represent Al-Futtaim at career fairs, employment forums, and national employment events
* Monitor budget utilization for Emiratisation activities and ensure cost-efficiency
* Coordinate with line managers to facilitate integration, onboarding, and performance support for Emiratis
* Prepare yearly trainee placement plans and act as the liaison with academic institutions for project evaluations
* Provide data, reports, and analytics to measure Emiratisation progress and propose improvement strategies
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; qualifications in Human Resources preferred
* 6–8 years of experience in nationalisation, talent development, or HR strategy
* Deep understanding of UAE employment laws, government programs, and national hiring initiatives
* Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
* High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and build institutional relationships
