As a Senior Emiratisation Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Retail Emiratisation program\'s growth and effectiveness. This role requires working closely with government authorities, HR leaders, and senior management to develop and implement nationalization strategies that align with the organization’s goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating Emirati talent into the workforce, ensuring sustainable retention and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Emiratisation strategy to align with business objectives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to attract, recruit, and retain Emirati talent.
- Implement structured Emiratisation programs, including the Emirati Graduate Programme and Internship Learning Programme.
- Collaborate with universities, national placement agencies, and government bodies to identify and onboard Emirati candidates.
- Represent the organization in career fairs, job expos, and recruitment events to enhance brand visibility in the national job market.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, including the Tawteen program and other Emiratisation initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to Emirati employees to support their professional development.
- Track and report on Emiratisation KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to Emirati talent, supporting their integration into the workforce.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and career advancement for Emirati employees across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Emiratisation, recruitment, or human capital development.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and Emiratisation policies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with government agencies and educational institutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Experience in implementing training and development programs for national talent.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to senior leadership.
