Key Responsibilities
* Direct process-transformation initiatives across Carrefour\'s omnichannel operations.
* Assess fulfillment workflows spanning stores, dark stores and distribution facilities.
* Document current processes and identify delays, rework, duplicated activity and control weaknesses.
* Facilitate root-cause investigations into recurring operational failures.
* Design future-state workflows with clear roles, decision points and escalation paths.
* Create operating models that can be applied consistently across formats and functions.
* Write and implement practical standard operating procedures.
* Establish document ownership, review cycles and change-control requirements for operating standards.
* Align process design with customer expectations, frontline realities and business priorities.
* Develop improvement plans based on operational value and implementation feasibility.
* Remove nonessential activity before considering technology or automation.
* Identify suitable automation opportunities after process controls have been validated.
* Strengthen store and distribution-center demand-forecasting routines.
* Clarify data inputs, accountability and performance-review practices within the forecasting cycle.
* Reengineer inventory-correction workflows to improve stock-record accuracy.
* Assess the use of Retail Insight autocorrection to reduce repetitive manual adjustments.
* Coordinate implementation with e-commerce, supply chain, technology and store-operations teams.
* Manage dependencies between workstreams and escalate obstacles affecting delivery.
* Introduce governance forums for decisions, implementation status and risk review.
* Develop measures for procedure compliance, process performance and adoption.
* Track whether completed initiatives achieve their intended operational benefits.
* Lead cross-functional workshops and secure agreement on proposed changes.
* Prepare concise progress reports and recommendations for senior management.
* Coach project teams in structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement methods.
* Build accountability for sustaining new practices after implementation.
* Use implementation feedback to refine procedures and future transformation plans.
Ideal Profile
Applicants should have a bachelor\'s degree in engineering, business, operations, supply chain or a comparable discipline. Eight to twelve years of relevant experience is required across operational excellence, continuous improvement, process transformation, e-commerce operations or a related environment.
Strong capability in process mapping, standard operating procedure design and Lean problem-solving is essential. Candidates with grocery retail, digital fulfillment, omnichannel or supply chain experience will be particularly well aligned. The position also requires experience leading teams, managing structured programs and gaining support from senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
