Job Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying SMB prospects, closing deals, and providing tailored telecom solutions to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom services, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct direct door-to-door sales to identify and acquire SMB clients for telecom products and services
* Present and sell GSM solutions including postpaid, fiber, and Business On plans
* Generate leads, schedule appointments, and manage a pipeline of prospects through CRM tools
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities
* Provide post-sales support, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal service and technical teams
* Stay updated on telecom trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings
* Collaborate with internal departments including marketing and customer service to support account development
* Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to management
Requirements
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience
* Minimum 3 years of B2B or SMB sales experience
* Prior telecom sales experience preferred, especially in GSM, postpaid, and fiber plans
Skills & Abilities
* Strong sales, negotiation, and closing capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Ability to work independently and handle field rejections professionally
* Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking sales metrics
