- Ensure shopping tools, such as catalogs and trolleys, are readily available for customers
- Safeguard customer belongings when required and ensure security measures are followed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer inquiries
- Identify and suggest ways to enhance the customer shopping experience
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
