Key Responsibilities:
- Support co-workers in resolving customer complaints, ensuring positive and efficient resolutions
- Manage queue systems to optimize waiting times and ensure a smooth cash line process
- Work with finance teams to control discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Oversee the Exchange & Returns process, tracking performance through KPI reports
- Monitor and analyze monthly P&L reports, identifying cost control measures
- Ensure proper cash-handling procedures, preventing fraud and losses
- Maintain operational readiness of the POS system, ensuring accurate product information and efficient cashier processes
- Supervise and motivate the team to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Provide training in customer service, product knowledge, and IKEA’s operational concepts
- Monitor staff attendance, absence levels, and overall performance to ensure smooth daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service by engaging customers and maintaining a welcoming environment
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
- Sales or customer service supervisory experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
