Ski Instructor - Indoor Snow Sports Facility
Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a skilled and customer-focused Ski Instructor to join its Snow Dome facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver private and group lessons to guests of all skill levels, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality snow sports experience. What You’ll Do
* Deliver professional ski and snowboard lessons in both group and private formats with attention to skill progression and guest engagement
* Maintain guest safety throughout lessons, from initial gear fitting to slope supervision and return to base
* Respond to guest queries about lesson structure, safety, equipment, and ski school offerings with clear and courteous communication
* Ensure that all rental equipment used by ski school participants is properly set up and secure before use
* Enforce access control and entry validation for guests entering the ski area
* Stay current with Ski Dubai products, seasonal promotions, and events, and support competitions and special activities as required
Candidate Requirements
* International ski or snowboard instructor certification (mandatory)
* Strong ability in skiing or snowboarding; previous experience in children’s instruction preferred
* Minimum one full season of ski school teaching experience
* Excellent spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus
* Comfortable with shift-based work schedules
* Strong interpersonal and safety awareness skills
