Solar Sales Consultant - Residential and Commercial Projects

Job Overview
Sharaf DG is looking for a Solar Sales Consultant to drive solar product sales across residential and commercial segments in Dubai. This role involves full-cycle project handling—from lead generation and site assessment to proposal creation and sales closure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of solar energy systems, CRM usage, and UAE market dynamics.

Job Overview
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, assessing project feasibility, preparing solar proposals, and closing sales. You will also offer post-sale customer support to ensure successful project execution and maintain customer satisfaction. A strong understanding of solar products, market pricing, and regulatory policies is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and qualify potential residential and commercial customers for solar installations
* Develop customized sales strategies for different customer segments
* Conduct site assessments to evaluate solar potential, energy needs, and installation feasibility
* Prepare solar proposals using internal tools and communicate cost savings and ROI
* Lead the sales process including contract negotiation and closing deals
* Provide post-sale support and coordinate with project and operations teams
* Stay updated on solar industry trends, technology updates, and UAE regulatory changes
* Maintain accurate records and pipeline tracking in Zoho CRM

Job Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales across residential and/or commercial segments
* Proficient in Zoho CRM and MS Office
* Strong knowledge of solar market pricing, offerings, and regulatory environment in Dubai and other Emirates
* Familiarity with on-grid and off-grid solar PV system design
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
* Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
